Our 28' Tag Was Rolled Over Three Times By A Tornado 6/30/90. Damage To The Trailer Was Primarily Cosmetic (Dings, Scratches, Etc.) Your People Came Over At The spring nationals To Access The Damage For The Insurance Company And Walked By This Trailer Three Times Before Stopping To Ask If This Was The Trailer That Had Rolled. Good Job Guys!!

Dear Gold Rush,
Recently I had a problem with my Gold Rush Trailer. The cargo access doors did not fit properly. I contacted your factory & was assured that misaligned doors were not up to your standards & the problem would be corrected. A transit company was dispatched to collect the trailer. Unfortunately, the trailer was damaged while in transit to the factory. The trailer has now been returned with the doors aligned, several upgrades completed & the transit damaged repaired. I wish to commend you & your employees for the timely & professional manner in which my complaint was handled. Gold Rush Trailers enjoy the reputation of being the best of the top end trailers. I expected the best from your trailer company & Glen Eckhart delivered the goods. He arranged everything that needed to be done & kept me informed as to the status of my trailer. He was courteous, efficient & friendly. As a matter of fact, in my dealings with your company each employee that I had contact with presented the impression that they were genuinely concerned to see that my needs were met
